从焊烟的捕捉方式角度来讲,我们建议采用源头捕捉的方式来处理焊接烟尘,因为这样最经济、最可靠,而且效果会最好,然而在现实中,一些大型工件、大型钢构厂房、多工位不定点焊接等工况中,实现源头捕捉也不太现实,有的会大大降低工人的工作效率、有的会对其工作路线产生干涉等等。因此,焊接烟尘在净化器布置中需要综合考虑整个现场的工艺路线、焊点布局、工位特点以及工作效率,沟通最适合企业当前工况的处理方式。

1、目前常用的捕捉方式有哪几种?
1. What are the commonly used capture methods currently?
(1)焊接烟尘净化单机,配备单万向吸气臂、双万向吸气臂。
(1) Welding smoke purification single machine, equipped with single universal suction arm and double universal suction arm.
(2)多工位万向吸气臂,配中大功率焊接烟尘净化主机。
(2) Multi station universal suction arm, equipped with a medium to high-power welding smoke purification host.
(3)环保焊枪,一般为手工焊接、机器人焊接用。

(4)局部捕集罩,从正面、侧面设置烟尘罩捕捉。

2、那焊接烟尘净化器主机该如何选型?
2. How to choose the host of the welding smoke purifier?
(1)过滤材质:如果是一般性碳钢、不锈钢的金属焊接,采用阻燃材料过滤材料。如果是铝镁等易燃易爆合金焊接,采用防静电阻燃过滤材料。
(1) Filter material: If it is a metal welding of general carbon steel or stainless steel, flame-retardant filter material should be used. If welding flammable and explosive alloys such as aluminum and magnesium, anti-static and flame-retardant filter materials should be used.
(2)过滤风速:越低越好,综合经济性和实用性。过滤风速≤1.2 m/min。
(2) Filter wind speed: The lower the better, considering both economy and practicality. Filter air speed ≤ 1.2 m/min.
(3)过滤精度:对于当量直径在0.3?m以上的烟尘颗粒过滤精度99%以上。

(4)清灰方式:建议使用自动脉冲反吹清灰,避免大量的人工清灰作业,耽误工作效率。

(5)其他选配:前置火花捕集器、隔爆阀、火花探测及熄灭系统、泄爆口、无焰泄爆装置等。
