车间多工位焊接烟尘净化器系统根据现场设计,多工位焊烟净化器工艺流程,根据车间焊位布局,每个焊位用隔板隔开成,2米大小的小空间,顶部设锥形排烟罩,在焊位上方3.5米处布一条7字形400mmx400mm的白铁皮管道,管道勾、股玄各长12米,东西向一条固定在房柱上,南北向一条设门型支架固定,根据焊位开口,用Φ160mm的柔性臂连接排烟罩,柔性臂用于烟尘捕捉,通过管道连接一台中压、风量为10000m3/h(左右)的变频离心风机,风机进口前600mm处设置一块横截面插板,用于调节风量,根据调节的风量让电机自动变频。风机出口管道为Φ600mm的方管或圆筒,焊接中所产生的烟尘通过柔性臂捕捉进入管道中,经过离心风机进入布袋除尘器处理,处理后的烟尘达标外排,外排烟囱高度以建筑物高度加500mm。此套方案,一次性投入少,日常维护简单,采用变频电机后解决了能耗高的缺点。

After being treated by a centrifugal fan, the smoke and dust meet the standard and are discharged outside. The height of the exhaust chimney is 500mm higher than the height of the building. This solution requires minimal one-time investment and simple daily maintenance. By using a variable frequency motor, it solves the problem of high energy consumption.

As the filtration process continues, more and more dust will accumulate on the outer surface of the filter cartridge, which will correspondingly increase the operating resistance of the equipment. The resistance increases with the thickness of the dust layer on the surface of the filter material. In order to ensure the normal operation of the system, the upper limit of the dust collector resistance should be maintained within the range of 1400-1600Pa. When this limit is exceeded, the PLC pulse automatic controller should issue instructions for dust cleaning through fixed resistance or timing.

This sequential cleaning method not only avoids the secondary adsorption of dust generated by blowing and cleaning, but also eliminates the need for dust removal.
