  第一步,上料悬挂,打好喷涂基础。一切流程的开始,都是人工把产品工件,小心翼翼放到悬挂输送线上。别小看这一步,悬挂的位置很有讲究,要保证工件受力均匀、悬挂牢固,不能歪歪扭扭,不然后续喷涂会出现涂层不均的问题。悬挂好之后,输送线就会带着工件,自动进入下一道工序,不用人工手动推送,省时又省力。

At the beginning of all processes, the product workpieces are carefully placed on the hanging conveyor line manually. Don't underestimate this step, the hanging position is very particular. It is necessary to ensure that the workpiece is evenly stressed and the hanging is firm, without tilting or twisting, otherwise uneven coating may occur during subsequent spraying. After hanging, the conveyor line will carry the workpiece and automatically enter the next process without manual pushing, saving time and effort.

  第二步,喷淋式前处理,给工件“洗个澡”。这一步是喷涂的关键前提,目的就是去除工件表面的污渍、油污、铁锈等杂质。输送线会把工件送到喷淋式前处理设备中,设备会自动喷洒处理液,全方位冲洗工件表面,把所有污迹都清理干净。只有工件表面足够干净,后续喷粉才能牢牢附着在上面,不会出现掉粉、起皮的情况,这一步可千万别偷懒。

  The second step is spray pre-treatment, giving the workpiece a "bath". This step is a key prerequisite for spraying, with the aim of removing impurities such as stains, oil stains, rust, etc. from the surface of the workpiece. The conveyor line will send the workpiece to the spray pre-treatment equipment, which will automatically spray the treatment liquid to rinse the surface of the workpiece in all directions, cleaning all stains thoroughly. Only when the surface of the workpiece is clean enough, can the subsequent powder spraying firmly adhere to it, and there will be no powder falling or peeling. Don't be lazy in this step.

  第三步,脱水烘干,杜绝水分影响。工件经过前处理冲洗后,表面会附着一层水滴,这时候可不能直接喷粉——水分会导致粉末无法附着,还会影响涂层的光滑度。所以,工件会被自动输送到脱水烘干炉,通过稳定的高温,把表面的水滴彻底烘干,让工件表面保持干燥洁净,为后续喷粉做好准备,烘干后的工件,会直接进入核心喷涂环节。

  Step three, dehydrate and dry to eliminate the influence of moisture. After pre-treatment and rinsing, a layer of water droplets will adhere to the surface of the workpiece. At this time, it is not advisable to directly spray powder - moisture can cause the powder to not adhere and also affect the smoothness of the coating. So, the workpiece will be automatically transported to the dehydration and drying furnace, and through stable high temperature, the surface water droplets will be thoroughly dried, keeping the surface of the workpiece dry and clean, preparing for subsequent powder coating. After drying, the workpiece will directly enter the core spraying process.

  第四步,喷粉房喷涂,给工件“穿外衣”。这是整个喷粉线工艺流程中,最核心、最关键的一道工序,直接决定了产品的最终外观和质量。烘干后的工件,会自动输送到喷粉房,我们采用的是“自动喷涂+人工补喷”的组合方式,这种方式的优势特别明显。

  Step four, spray in the powder room and coat the workpiece. This is the most core and critical process in the entire powder coating line process, which directly determines the final appearance and quality of the product. After drying, the workpiece will be automatically transported to the powder spraying room. We use a combination of "automatic spraying+manual re spraying", which has significant advantages.

  尤其是针对那些有隐形件、外形不规则的产品工件,自动喷涂能保证大部分表面的涂层均匀,人工补喷则能精准覆盖自动喷涂不到的死角,既避免了喷涂遗漏,又能提高生产效率,兼顾了精准度和效率,让每一个工件都能被均匀喷涂,不会出现局部漏喷、厚喷的问题。

  Especially for products with hidden parts and irregular shapes, automatic spraying can ensure uniform coating on most surfaces, while manual touch up can accurately cover blind spots that automatic spraying cannot reach. This not only avoids spraying omissions, but also improves production efficiency, balancing precision and efficiency, allowing each workpiece to be evenly sprayed without local missed or thick spraying problems.

  第五步,高温固化,让涂层“牢牢锁住”。工件喷涂完成后,并不是直接就能下线,还需要进入高温固化炉进行固化处理。这一步的核心,就是让附着在工件表面的粉末,在高温环境下融化、固化,最终形成一层坚硬、光滑的涂膜。这里有个关键要点:固化炉的温度一定要平稳。

  Step five, high-temperature curing to firmly lock the coating in place. After the workpiece is sprayed, it cannot be directly taken offline and needs to enter a high-temperature curing furnace for curing treatment. The core of this step is to allow the powder attached to the surface of the workpiece to melt and solidify at high temperatures, ultimately forming a hard and smooth coating. There is a key point here: the temperature of the curing oven must be stable.

When the temperature of the workpiece drops to room temperature and the surface coating is completely formed, it can enter the final step.

  第七步,下线检验,确保合格出厂。冷却后的工件,就可以从悬挂输送线上取下来,进行简单的检验,查看涂层是否均匀、有无漏喷、掉粉等问题,确认合格后,就可以打包出厂,成为我们看到的合格产品。这层固化后的涂膜,不仅能让产品外观更精致,还能有效保护产品,起到耐腐蚀、防磨损的作用,延长产品的使用寿命。

  Step seven, offline inspection to ensure qualified delivery. After cooling, the workpiece can be removed from the hanging conveyor line for simple inspection to check whether the coating is uniform, whether there are any missed spraying, powder falling, and other issues. After confirming that it is qualified, it can be packaged and shipped out of the factory, becoming the qualified product we see. This cured coating not only enhances the appearance of the product, but also effectively protects it, providing corrosion and wear resistance, and extending its service life.
