沸石转轮在RTO系统中的应用

沸石转轮共分为三个区域:吸附区、脱附区及冷却区。低浓度大风量的废气通过沸石吸附区时,VOCs被吸附在蜂窝沸石中,被净化后的气体排出至烟囱;此时,已吸附VOCs的蜂窝沸石旋转至脱附区,利用高温加热气流将吸附在蜂窝沸石中的VOCs吹出,然后将其送入后端的RTO系统进行焚烧处理后排出至烟囱;最后,再将常温废气通过冷却区将刚被加热的转轮进行冷却。

The zeolite wheel is divided into three zones: adsorption zone, desorption zone, and cooling zone. When low concentration and high air volume exhaust gases pass through the zeolite adsorption zone, VOCs are adsorbed in the honeycomb zeolite, and the purified gas is discharged into the chimney; At this point, the honeycomb zeolite that has adsorbed VOCs rotates to the desorption zone, and the VOCs adsorbed in the honeycomb zeolite are blown out using high-temperature heating airflow. Then, they are sent to the RTO system at the rear for incineration treatment and discharged into the chimney; Finally, the ambient temperature exhaust gas is passed through the cooling zone to cool the newly heated rotor.

2、沸石转轮的组成

2.1沸石分子筛:沸石分子筛是一种铝硅酸金属盐的多微孔晶体,由硅氧四面体和铝氧四面体通过共享氧原子相互连接形成骨架结构,其表面为固体骨架,内部为多微孔的筛状构造。内部孔穴之间有孔道相互连接,其孔径相同,分布非常均一,分子筛依据其内部孔穴的大小,可对分子进行选择性吸附。沸石分子筛具有很大的比表面积(300~1000㎡/g),内部孔穴有强大的库仑场和极性,因此,对吸附质分子的吸附能力很强,远超过其他类型的吸附剂,即使在较高的温度和较低的吸附质分压(或浓度)下,仍有很高的吸附容量,是一种高性能的分离吸附材料。

2.1 Zeolite Molecular Sieve: Zeolite molecular sieve is a microporous crystal of aluminum silicate metal salt, which is composed of silicon oxygen tetrahedra and aluminum oxygen tetrahedra connected by shared oxygen atoms to form a skeleton structure. Its surface is a solid skeleton, and its interior is a microporous sieve like structure. There are interconnected pores between the internal pores, with the same pore size and uniform distribution. Molecular sieves can selectively adsorb molecules based on the size of their internal pores. Zeolite molecular sieve has a large specific surface area (300-1000 ㎡/g) and strong Coulomb field and polarity in its internal pores. Therefore, it has a strong adsorption capacity for adsorbate molecules, far exceeding other types of adsorbents. Even at higher temperatures and lower adsorbate partial pressures (or concentrations), it still has high adsorption capacity and is a high-performance separation adsorbent material.

2.2、转轮:沸石转轮浓缩系统的关键部件是吸附轮(转轮),转轮由疏水性沸石吸附介质与陶瓷纤维加工成波纹状膜片,再卷制形成蜂巢状的圆筒形框架结构,其中部安装有旋转轴承。转轮的机械结构上,装有耐VOCs腐蚀、耐高温的材料制成的气体密封垫,将转轮隔离成三个区域:吸附处理区、再生脱附区、冷却区。

2.2. Wheel: The key component of the zeolite wheel concentration system is the adsorption wheel (wheel). The wheel is made of hydrophobic zeolite adsorption medium and ceramic fibers processed into a corrugated membrane, which is then rolled into a honeycomb shaped cylindrical frame structure, with a rotating bearing installed in the middle. On the mechanical structure of the impeller, a gas sealing gasket made of VOCs corrosion-resistant and high-temperature resistant materials is installed to isolate the impeller into three areas: adsorption treatment area, regeneration desorption area, and cooling area.

2.3、全套设备主要由以下部分组成:废气过滤器、沸石转轮、排气风机、RTO焚烧系统、热交换器、自动控制系统。

3、沸石转轮的运行原理

3. The operating principle of zeolite wheel

过滤后的大流量的低浓度有机废气被送至转轮吸附区,转轮可根据废气处理量,以1~6转/小时的速度持续缓慢旋转。废气中含有的VOCs被截留吸附在转轮上的沸石分子筛内部,净化后的洁净空气则直接排放至大气。转轮持续旋转吸附VOCs,逐渐趋向吸附饱和,当转轮旋转进入至脱附区时,脱附风机提供200℃左右的高温热空气,将吸附在转轮上的的VOCs脱附并带走。脱附后的转轮进入冷却区,经冷却空气吹扫,恢复至常温,沸石转轮从而恢复吸附能力,再次旋转至吸附区,重新开始下一轮的工作。

The filtered high flow low concentration organic waste gas is sent to the rotary adsorption zone, and the rotary can rotate slowly at a speed of 1-6 revolutions per hour according to the amount of waste gas treatment. The VOCs contained in the exhaust gas are intercepted and adsorbed inside the zeolite molecular sieve on the impeller, and the purified clean air is directly discharged into the atmosphere. The rotating wheel continues to adsorb VOCs, gradually approaching adsorption saturation. When the rotating wheel enters the desorption zone, the desorption fan provides high-temperature hot air at around 200 ℃ to desorb and take away the VOCs adsorbed on the rotating wheel. After detachment, the zeolite wheel enters the cooling zone and is blown by cooling air to return to room temperature. The zeolite wheel then recovers its adsorption capacity and rotates again to the adsorption zone to start the next round of work.

转轮吸附的VOCs经脱附后,随脱附热空气送往RTO进行净化处理。由于废气中的VOCs被浓缩了5~20倍,因此,需要最终处理的有机废气具备了浓度高、风量小、温度高的特点,这样就可以根据风量大小、气体浓度大小来设计合理的浓缩比及相应的转轮、RTO 大小。RTO焚烧产生的一部分热能可用于转轮脱附空气的加热;末端排放的高温烟气可进行余热回收,进一步做到节能、环保。

The VOCs adsorbed by the impeller are desorbed and sent to RTO for purification treatment along with the desorbed hot air. Due to the concentration of VOCs in the exhaust gas by 5-20 times, the organic exhaust gas that needs to be treated has the characteristics of high concentration, low air volume, and high temperature. Therefore, a reasonable concentration ratio and corresponding wheel and RTO size can be designed based on the air volume and gas concentration. Part of the thermal energy generated by RTO incineration can be used to heat the desorbed air from the rotor; The high-temperature flue gas emitted from the end can be used for waste heat recovery, further achieving energy conservation and environmental protection.

4、沸石转轮设备的特点

5、沸石转轮处理物质注意事项

5. Precautions for zeolite wheel processing materials

那吸附能力这么强的沸石转轮,有没有处理不了的废气呢?答案是肯定的。

Is there any exhaust gas that cannot be treated by the zeolite wheel with such strong adsorption capacity? The answer is affirmative.

对于沸石转轮来说,一些易聚合或者沸点高于260℃的大分子物质是不允许进入的。例如:酸性气体和碱性气体等会腐蚀转轮;粉尘、漆雾、树脂类、聚合物类等会堵塞转轮;沸点大于220℃的三乙醇胺、苯甲醇等几乎不能脱附;还有一些难吸附或者难脱附的气体也基本上是不让进转轮的。而对于有以上成分的VOCs,一般会在沸石转轮前端增加前期处理装置来进行分离。

For zeolite rotors, some large molecular substances that are prone to polymerization or have a boiling point higher than 260 ℃ are not allowed to enter. For example, acidic gases and alkaline gases can corrode the impeller; Dust, paint mist, resin, polymer, etc. can clog the wheel; Triethanolamine and benzyl alcohol with boiling points greater than 220 ℃ are almost unable to desorb; Some gases that are difficult to adsorb or desorb are basically not allowed to enter the impeller. For VOCs with the above components, a pre-treatment device is generally added at the front end of the zeolite wheel for separation.

6、沸石转轮的选择

目前国内的进口传统品牌有日本的霓佳斯、西部技研、东洋纺,瑞典的蒙特等,我国的自主品牌这几年发展迅速,现有的沸石转轮成型及设备技术水平与国外的差距也在逐步缩小,目前市场我们自主品牌的应用也越来越多。那么我们在选择转轮时需要注意哪些呢?

At present, traditional imported brands in China include Japan's Nijia Si, Western Technology Research Institute, Toyo Textile, Sweden's Monte, etc. China's independent brands have developed rapidly in recent years, and the gap between the existing zeolite wheel forming and equipment technology level and foreign countries is gradually narrowing. Currently, the application of our independent brands in the market is also increasing. So what should we pay attention to when choosing a wheel?

沸石含有率:顾名思义,对于沸石转轮来说,沸石的含有率越高其吸附效率也越大;

Zeolite content: As the name suggests, for zeolite rotors, the higher the zeolite content, the greater the adsorption efficiency;

疏水性:沸石原料中的Si/AL的比值越大,其疏水性越强;

Hydrophobicity: The higher the Si/AL ratio in zeolite raw materials, the stronger their hydrophobicity;

VOCs组成成分:转轮供应商会根据业主提供的VOCs组成成分进行分析,从而选择对应的沸石和转轮型号,因此在提供VOCs的成分时不能马虎;

VOCs composition: The wheel supplier will analyze the VOCs composition provided by the owner and select the corresponding zeolite and wheel model, so the VOCs composition cannot be provided carelessly;

脱附效率:沸石转轮的处理能力不能只看吸附效率,脱附效率也是至关重要的,当脱附效率达不到要求时,久而久之会反过来影响沸石的吸附效率进而影响沸石的使用寿命。

Desorption efficiency: The processing capacity of zeolite wheels cannot be solely judged by adsorption efficiency. Desorption efficiency is also crucial. When desorption efficiency does not meet the requirements, it will gradually affect the adsorption efficiency of zeolite and thus affect its service life.

沸石转轮分为筒式转轮和盘式转轮,可以根据处理风量、VOCS成分的不同选择合适的转轮。

Zeolite wheels are divided into cylindrical wheels and disc wheels, and suitable wheels can be selected according to the different processing air volume and VOCS composition.
