RCO废气处理设备要注意什么?

废气处理设备(催化燃烧设备)将有机废气通过高效过滤器过滤后,进入蜂窝活性炭吸附模块吸附、浓缩,借助催化剂使VOCs有机废气在较低的起燃温度温度(280-500℃)下,发生无焰燃烧,氧化分解为二氧化碳和水,从而达到废气处理的目的。
The waste gas treatment equipment (catalytic combustion equipment) filters organic waste gas through high-efficiency filters and enters the honeycomb activated carbon adsorption module for adsorption and concentration. 有机废气进入干式过滤器对颗粒物进行净化处理后,再进入后部活性炭吸附箱中进行废气的吸附浓缩处理,催化燃烧设备定期对活性炭吸附浓缩后的废气进行高效催化处理,达标后的洁净气体通过15米烟囱高空排放。

当活性炭箱吸附饱和之后,系统会自动对活性炭箱进行脱附处理,吸附饱和后的活性炭利用热空气进行脱附再生,脱附出的浓缩有机物被送往燃烧床通过与催化剂结合进行催化分解。
After the activated carbon box is saturated with adsorption, the system will automatically perform desorption treatment on the activated carbon box. The saturated activated carbon is desorbed and regenerated using hot air, and the desorbed concentrated organic matter is sent to the combustion bed for catalytic decomposition by combining with the catalyst.
在催化氧化炉内被加热到250~300℃的有机废气在贵金属催化剂的作用下发生无焰燃烧,有机废气被氧化分解成二氧化碳和水,达到废气处理的目的,废气处理后的洁净气体经烟囱达标排放。燃烧后的热空气通过高效换热器进行降温,降温后的气体部分排放,部分用于活性炭脱附再生以达到废热利用和节能的目的。
The organic waste gas heated to 250-300 ℃ in the catalytic oxidation furnace undergoes flameless combustion under the action of precious metal catalysts. 废气处理设备有机废气的综合净化效率在97%左右,对于机械化工、汽车涂装、家具建材、印刷、食品等行业排放的低浓度、多成分、无回收价值的废气均有较好的处理效果。

设备与RTO设备相类似,采用床式设计,蓄热室底部填充陶瓷蓄热体,催化剂填充在陶瓷蓄热体与氧化室之间。

废气处理设备适用于连续性排放浓度较高的生产工艺废气处理,对于生产工艺中挥发的所有VOCS有机废气都可有效处理;RCO废气处理设备适用于间歇性的生产工况废气处理。另外需注意的是,腐蚀性废气在RTO、RCO中都不能处理。
