　　随着春节假期的临近，许多电泳线会安排7-20天不等的停产休假。为了维护电泳槽液状态稳定，及节后的正常生产，温馨提醒您，在放假期间需做好维护及检修事宜。

　　As the Spring Festival holiday approaches, many electrophoresis lines will be scheduled for a shutdown vacation of 7-20 days. In order to maintain the stability of the electrophoresis tank solution and ensure normal production after the holiday, we kindly remind you to do a good job in maintenance and repair during the holiday period.

　　一、放假前的准备

　　1、 Preparation before the holiday

　　放假之前，现场需要组织设备、工艺、技术、生产等多部门员工对整个电泳线进行作业计划安排以及设备巡视检测，并对设备运转和停用做好应对计划及标识说明。

　　Before the holiday, it is necessary to organize employees from multiple departments including equipment, process, technology, and production to plan and arrange the operation of the entire electrophoresis line, conduct equipment inspections and testing, and prepare response plans and labeling instructions for equipment operation and shutdown.

　　建议从以下几点进行：

　　Suggestions should be made from the following points:

　　1. 毛坯件及成品件、报废件放置整理在对应的标准仓储置放区域，防止存放时间过长及不当造成工件锈蚀、损坏及丢失等，以及可能带来的安全隐患（如磕碰摔伤）；

　　1. Blank parts, finished parts, and scrapped parts should be placed and organized in corresponding standard storage areas to prevent corrosion, damage, and loss of workpieces caused by prolonged or improper storage, as well as potential safety hazards such as collisions and falls;

　　2. 涂料、试剂放置在仓库内，因冬季气温较低，且停产期间车间加热设备停止运转，需要防止涂料存放仓库位置的温度过低（电泳涂料需要在5-35℃环境下保存）；合理备料，保证春节后有料可用；

　　2. Coatings and reagents are stored in the warehouse. Due to the low temperature in winter and the shutdown of the workshop heating equipment, it is necessary to prevent the temperature of the coating storage warehouse from being too low (electrophoretic coatings need to be stored in an environment of 5-35 ℃); Reasonably prepare materials to ensure availability after the Spring Festival;

　　3. 现场水洗槽、喷淋循环水箱中可以装水并盖上盖子，电机停止搅拌，检查阀门管道关闭；

　　3. The on-site water washing tank and spray circulating water tank can be filled with water and covered, the motor stops stirring, and the valve and pipeline are checked to be closed;

　　4. 电泳槽保持循环搅拌状态，并保持槽液温度在25℃左右，防止涂料沉淀；

　　5. UF系统需要保持超滤膜在润湿状态，防止超滤膜干燥涂料干结导致超滤膜堵膜造成超滤效果下降；

　　5. The UF system needs to keep the ultrafiltration membrane in a wet state to prevent the membrane from drying and coating from clogging, resulting in a decrease in ultrafiltration efficiency;

　　6. 排掉阳极箱（阴极箱）及阳极管（阴极管）中的阳极液，并用纯水进行置换，保持阳极管（阴极管）纯水浸泡润湿状态，停止循环电极；

　　6. Drain the anode liquid from the anode box (cathode box) and anode tube (cathode tube), and replace it with pure water to maintain the anode tube (cathode tube) in a wet state soaked in pure water, and stop circulating the electrode;

　　7. 关闭烘箱、燃气或燃料开关，谨防火灾隐患；取下输送链条上的工件，防止对输送链条的影响；

　　二、放假期间正常维护事宜

　　1. Ensure that the electrophoresis tank solution is in a circulating stirring state, and stop stirring for no more than 4 hours due to special circumstances;

　　2. 每天巡查电泳槽液面高度，需要及时补加纯水，使电泳槽主槽和副槽液位差在5-10cm左右；

　　2. Daily inspection of the liquid level in the electrophoresis tank requires timely addition of pure water to ensure that the liquid level difference between the main and auxiliary tanks is around 5-10cm;

　　3. 保证冷热水机组运行正常，将电泳槽液温度控制在25℃左右，可减少停产期间溶剂的挥发；

　　3. To ensure the normal operation of the hot and cold water units, the temperature of the electrophoresis tank solution should be controlled at around 25 ℃, which can reduce the evaporation of solvents during the shutdown period;

　　4. 电泳线做好安全巡查，防尘防虫防破坏防坠槽。

　　4. Conduct safety inspections on the electrophoresis line, including dust, insect, damage, and fall prevention grooves.

　　三、春节后开线生产安排

　　3、 Production schedule for opening production lines after the Spring Festival

　　1. 春节结束返厂后，在开始生产前，先检查各封条标识是否正常；

　　1. After returning to the factory after the Spring Festival, check whether the seal labels are normal before starting production;

　　2. 组织相关人员更换水箱存水，检测各阀门开启关闭是否正确，开启电机正常循环；

　　2. Organize relevant personnel to replace the stored water in the water tank, check whether the valves are opened and closed correctly, and start the motor to circulate normally;

　　3. 检查电泳槽液参数，重点关注溶剂含量是否足够（可根据挥发情况补加NHF-01助剂），将电泳槽液温度升至正常温度，

　　3. Check the parameters of the electrophoresis tank solution, focusing on whether the solvent content is sufficient (NHF-01 auxiliary agent can be added according to the volatilization situation), and raise the temperature of the electrophoresis tank solution to normal temperature,

　　4. 配制阳极液、开启阳极系统；

　　4. Prepare the anode solution and activate the anode system;

　　5. 更换主循环和超滤过滤袋，加强过滤；

　　5. Replace the main circulation and ultrafiltration filter bags to enhance filtration;

　　6. 开启超滤系统并检查；

　　6. Turn on the ultrafiltration system and check it;

　　7. 按流程检查其它各设备运行是否正常；

　　7. Check if other devices are operating normally according to the process;

　　8. 电泳烘箱、转序车及电泳挂具清洗除尘后进行使用；

　　8. Use the electrophoresis oven, transfer cart, and electrophoresis hanger after cleaning and dust removal;

　　9. 其它安装电泳线正常操作程序进行，紧急情况及时联系反馈。

　　9. Other normal operating procedures for installing electrophoresis lines should be followed, and emergency situations should be promptly reported.

　　补充注意事项

　　Additional precautions

　　对于平时生产任务紧张，未能进行倒槽的客户，可以考虑在放假前或开始停产开线前进行倒槽事宜。

　　For customers who have tight production tasks and are unable to carry out slot swapping, it may be considered to do so before holidays or before starting production shutdowns.

　　1. 有备用槽的电泳线，可先将备用槽用纯水清洗干净，然后将电泳槽液打到备用槽后，无备用槽的电泳线可将UF浸泡槽中的UF液排放，将电泳槽液转移至UF浸泡槽中；

　　1. For electrophoresis lines with backup tanks, the backup tank can be cleaned with pure water first, and then the electrophoresis tank solution can be transferred to the backup tank. For electrophoresis lines without backup tanks, the UF solution in the UF soaking tank can be discharged and transferred to the UF soaking tank;

　　2. 清理电泳槽中的沉淀杂质，特别是拐角和死角区域；

　　2. Clean the sediment impurities in the electrophoresis tank, especially in the corners and blind spots;

　　3. 清洗、更换及调整电泳槽循环管道及喷嘴，改善循环；

　　3. Clean, replace, and adjust the electrophoresis tank circulation pipeline and nozzle to improve circulation;

　　4. 检修阳极系统：检查阳极膜是否漏、堵，阳极（不锈钢、板）是否出现腐蚀生锈严重、极管（框）是否变形破损、阳极液循环管流量情况，对异常的阳极系统进行清洗更换修复；如阳极系统有生细菌情况，需要使用双氧水等进行杀菌处理（注意安全防护）。在停产期间，可将阳极液排放，加入纯水，使阳极膜处于润湿状态，防止阳极液泄露进入电泳槽液以及阳极膜干燥出现堵膜情况；

　　4. Maintenance of anode system: Check whether the anode film is leaking or blocked, whether the anode (stainless steel, plate) is severely corroded or rusted, whether the electrode tube (frame) is deformed or damaged, and the flow rate of the anode liquid circulation tube. Clean, replace, and repair any abnormal anode system; If there are bacteria in the anode system, it is necessary to use hydrogen peroxide for sterilization treatment (pay attention to safety protection). During the shutdown period, the anode solution can be discharged and pure water can be added to keep the anode membrane in a wet state, preventing the leakage of the anode solution into the electrophoresis tank solution and the blockage of the anode membrane due to drying;

　　5. 超滤系统清洗：放假期间可在清洗水箱中先加入NHF-01助剂和NHF-02助剂，配制清洗剂，对超滤膜进行反清洗，然后再用纯水进行清洗；清洗完成后，关闭超滤清洗泵，同时可将超滤进液管、回液管阀门关闭，使超滤膜处于润湿状态，防止干燥堵膜；

　　5. Ultrafiltration system cleaning: During holidays, NHF-01 and NHF-02 additives can be added to the cleaning water tank to prepare cleaning agents for backwashing the ultrafiltration membrane, and then pure water can be used for cleaning; After cleaning, turn off the ultrafiltration cleaning pump, and at the same time, close the valves of the ultrafiltration inlet and return pipes to keep the ultrafiltration membrane in a wet state and prevent drying and clogging;

　　6. 清洗UF槽循环水箱、UF槽体，清洗和更换调节喷淋管道和喷嘴，清洗完成后补加纯水，如果槽体体积过大，需要在UF槽中补加适量NHF-01助剂，防止超滤后电泳槽中溶剂被打入UF槽中导致电泳槽溶剂含量过低；

　　6. Clean the UF tank circulating water tank and UF tank body, clean and replace the regulating spray pipes and nozzles, and add pure water after cleaning. If the tank body volume is too large, an appropriate amount of NHF-01 auxiliary agent needs to be added to the UF tank to prevent the solvent in the electrophoresis tank from being injected into the UF tank after ultrafiltration, resulting in a low solvent content in the electrophoresis tank;

　　7. 清理打扫烘箱、清理链条上的附着物；

　　7. Clean the oven and remove any attachments from the chain;

　　8. 待电泳槽系统检修完成后将电泳槽液打回电泳槽中，在打出和打回时可在出液管处套上过滤袋或者提高过滤器中过滤袋更换频率加强过滤。

　　8. After the maintenance of the electrophoresis tank system is completed, the electrophoresis tank solution can be returned to the electrophoresis tank.
