American painting process
主要包括基材破坏处理、打底色、涂填充剂、涂底漆、打磨、格丽斯、修色、涂二道底漆、涂面漆、抛光打蜡等工艺。
The main processes include substrate damage treatment, base color application, filler application, primer application, polishing, etching, color correction, second coat primer application, topcoat application, polishing and waxing.
涂装生产流水线的工艺流程
Process flow of painting production line
一、自动涂装加工工艺属于小规格大批量自动化生产工艺形式,利用自动喷涂、低温快速固化、高速运行的生产流水线,选用漆膜干燥快、光泽高、鲜映度好,固色性能佳的聚氨脂PU涂料,大批量生产具有鲜艳外观,手感佳的瓶盖外壳件。工艺流程如下:

By using automatic spraying, low-temperature rapid curing, and high-speed operation production lines, polyurethane PU coatings with fast drying, high gloss, good clarity, and excellent color fixing performance are selected to produce large quantities of bottle cap shell parts with bright appearance and good hand feel. The process flow is as follows:
1. 上料

操作者在工作台面的上料区手工将半成品酒瓶盖套在夹具上,通过输送传动链依次通过生产线的各个功能部件。
The operator manually places the semi-finished wine bottle cap on the fixture in the loading area of the workbench, and sequentially passes through various functional components of the production line through the conveyor transmission chain.
2. 静电除尘

因塑料表面电荷积累和空气灰尘存在带电粒子,塑料表面往往吸附大量尘埃,使用静电除尘器在工作表面形成高压负离子电场并用高压空气流吹工件表面,有效清除表面电荷和尘埃。
Due to the accumulation of surface charges on plastics and the presence of charged particles in air dust, plastic surfaces often adsorb a large amount of dust. Using an electrostatic precipitator to form a high-voltage negative ion electric field on the working surface and blowing the surface of the workpiece with a high-pressure air flow effectively removes surface charges and dust.
3. 底涂

经过火焰处理的基材通过输送传动链进入喷房,喷房内的喷枪向其喷射涂料.同时基材受强制回转系统的控制而产生自转,使基材表面获得均匀的涂层.
The substrate processed by flame enters the spray booth through a conveyor chain, and the spray gun inside the booth sprays paint onto it At the same time, the substrate is controlled by a forced rotation system to produce self rotation, resulting in a uniform coating on the surface of the substrate
4. 快速低温烘烤

底涂喷完后,基材即进入烘道调温至60—70℃,烘烤1—2分钟,溶剂挥发达到90%,涂料树脂产生交联反应,漆膜硬化。
After the primer is sprayed, the substrate enters the drying oven and is adjusted to 60-70 ℃ for 1-2 minutes. The solvent evaporates to 90%, and the coating resin undergoes cross-linking reaction, resulting in the hardening of the paint film.
5. 面漆

底涂经快速低温烘烤后,漆膜硬化,此时基材进入面漆喷房对其喷涂面漆。喷涂的方式与底涂相同。
After rapid low-temperature baking of the primer, the paint film hardens, and the substrate enters the topcoat spraying room to spray the topcoat. The spraying method is the same as the primer.
6. 面漆烘烤

面漆烘烤相应要求烘烤时间延长至3分钟,使漆膜有一个流平过程,而且烘道温度要均匀,使溶剂均匀挥发。
The corresponding requirement for baking the topcoat is to extend the baking time to 3 minutes, so that the paint film has a leveling process, and the temperature of the drying channel should be uniform to allow the solvent to evaporate evenly.
7. 冷却下线

由于面涂层烘烤时间较长,表面有一定温度,漆膜表面过软,因此设立冷却段,采用大流量通风,带走表面温度,使漆膜层尽快冷却硬化,便于下线包装。冷却后的产品由输送链送至下料区,包装下线。
Due to the long baking time of the surface coating and the certain temperature on the surface, the paint film surface is too soft. Therefore, a cooling section is set up, and high flow ventilation is used to take away the surface temperature, so that the paint film layer can cool and harden as soon as possible, which is convenient for offline packaging. The cooled product is transported by the conveyor chain to the unloading area and packaged offline.
