Zeolite rotors are usually divided into three functional zones: adsorption zone, desorption zone, and cooling zone. When the exhaust gas containing VOCs enters the adsorption zone under the action of the fan, the VOCs molecules in the exhaust gas are adsorbed by the zeolite on the zeolite wheel, thereby achieving preliminary purification of the exhaust gas. As the zeolite wheel slowly rotates, the adsorption saturated zeolite region enters the desorption zone. In the desorption zone, by introducing high-temperature hot air, the VOCs molecules adsorbed on the zeolite are heated and desorbed, forming high concentration VOCs waste gas. After desorption, the zeolite wheel enters the cooling zone and is cooled to the appropriate adsorption temperature, so as to enter the adsorption zone again for adsorption work, and so on in a cyclic manner.

脱附出来的高浓度 VOCs 废气,后续通常会进入燃烧设备(如 RTO、RCO 等)进行进一步处理,在高温下被分解为二氧化碳和水等无害物质,最终达标排放。
