沸石转轮废气处理是一种利用吸附-脱附-浓缩焚化连续性过程对VOCs废气进行处理净化的技术。

沸石转轮的基质是陶瓷纤维表面涂布一层吸附剂,一般为活性炭或疏水性沸石,制成蜂巢状圆形转轮。转轮分为三个区域,分别为吸附处理区、再生脱附区和冷却区。吸附处理区较大,主要用于吸附废气中的VOCs;再生脱附区与冷却区为两个较小且面积相等的处理区域,分别为脱附和冷却转轮。

前处理阶段:车间收集的废气首先经过三级干式过滤器除去细小颗粒物,以保护治理效果和使用寿命。
Pre treatment stage: The exhaust gas collected in the workshop is first filtered through a three-level dry filter to remove small particles, in order to protect the treatment effect and service life.
吸附浓缩阶段:预处理后的废气通过沸石被吸附,变频主风机将净化后尾气排入大气。
Adsorption concentration stage: The pre treated exhaust gas is adsorbed through zeolite, and the purified exhaust gas is discharged into the atmosphere by a variable frequency main fan.
脱附阶段:转轮内VOCs被浓缩在沸石吸附区,部分废气经过冷却区后利用换热器提供的热流加温,之后经过加热器进行加热到220℃左右,再进行脱附,脱附完成后旋转至冷却区,以常温空气吹嘘冷却至常温、再旋转至吸附浓缩区。
Desorption stage: VOCs in the runner are concentrated in the zeolite adsorption zone, and some of the exhaust gas passes through the cooling zone and is heated using the heat flow provided by the heat exchanger. Then, it is heated to around 220 ℃ by the heater before desorption. After desorption is completed, it is rotated to the cooling zone, cooled to room temperature with room temperature air, and then rotated to the adsorption concentration zone.
催化氧化阶段:脱附出高浓度VOCs气流,以脱附风机抽送至催化燃烧炉内进行催化裂解处理,VOCs被转化为CO2(g)和H2O(g)排放至大气。
Catalytic oxidation stage: High concentration VOCs gas flow is desorbed and pumped to the catalytic combustion furnace for catalytic cracking treatment using a desorption fan. VOCs are converted into CO2 (g) and H2O (g) and discharged into the atmosphere.
