在现代工业生产中,焊接工艺广泛应用于机械制造、汽车制造、船舶制造、建筑等众多领域。然而,焊接过程中会产生大量的烟尘和有害气体,如不及时处理,不仅会对焊接工人的身体健康造成严重威胁,还会污染车间环境,影响生产设备的正常运行。​

In modern industrial production, welding technology is widely used in many fields such as mechanical manufacturing, automobile manufacturing, shipbuilding, and construction. However, a large amount of smoke and harmful gases are generated during the welding process. If not treated in a timely manner, it not only poses a serious threat to the physical health of welding workers, but also pollutes the workshop environment and affects the normal operation of production equipment. ​

It can simultaneously collect and purify the smoke and dust generated by multiple welding stations, creating a clean and safe welding operation environment for enterprises and becoming an indispensable important equipment in industrial welding production.

烟尘收集原理​

Principle of smoke and dust collection

多工位焊烟除尘设备通常采用多种烟尘收集方式相结合的设计。其中,最常见的是通过吸气罩进行烟尘收集。吸气罩根据焊接工位的布局和焊接工艺特点,被精准地安装在每个焊接工位上方或周边合适位置。当焊接作业产生烟尘时,吸气罩利用设备内部风机产生的负压,迅速将烟尘吸入收集系统。例如,在大型机械制造车间,针对不同规格和形状的焊接工件,采用了万向吸气臂式吸气罩。这种吸气臂可以灵活调整角度和位置,无论焊接工人在哪个方向进行焊接操作,吸气罩都能靠近焊接点,高效收集烟尘,收集效率可达 95% 以上。​

Multi station welding smoke and dust removal equipment usually adopts a design that combines multiple smoke and dust collection methods. The most common method is to collect smoke and dust through a suction hood. The suction hood is precisely installed in a suitable position above or around each welding station according to the layout of the welding station and the characteristics of the welding process. When welding operations generate smoke and dust, the suction hood utilizes the negative pressure generated by the internal fan of the equipment to quickly suck the smoke and dust into the collection system. For example, in large mechanical manufacturing workshops, universal suction arm suction hoods are used for welding workpieces of different specifications and shapes. This suction arm can flexibly adjust the angle and position, and regardless of which direction the welding worker is performing the welding operation, the suction hood can be close to the welding point, efficiently collecting smoke and dust, with a collection efficiency of over 95%. ​

此外,一些多工位焊烟除尘设备还配备了侧吸式收集装置。对于一些不适合在上方安装吸气罩的焊接工位,如大型平板焊接工位,侧吸式收集装置可安装在焊接工位的侧面,通过侧向吸气的方式,将焊接过程中产生的烟尘吸入收集系统,进一步提高了烟尘收集的全面性和有效性。​

In addition, some multi station welding smoke and dust removal equipment is also equipped with side suction collection devices. For some welding stations that are not suitable for installing suction hoods above, such as large flat welding stations, a side suction collection device can be installed on the side of the welding station to collect the smoke and dust generated during the welding process through lateral suction, further improving the comprehensiveness and effectiveness of smoke and dust collection. ​

净化处理原理​

Purification treatment principle

收集到的烟尘进入设备后,需经过一系列严格的净化处理流程。设备内部通常采用多级过滤系统来实现高效净化。首先,烟尘通过初效过滤器,初效过滤器一般采用金属丝网或粗效纤维滤材,其作用是拦截烟尘中的大颗粒杂质,如飞溅的焊渣等,防止这些大颗粒物质进入后续过滤系统,对更精密的过滤元件造成损坏。经过初效过滤后的烟尘,接着进入中效过滤器。中效过滤器采用中效纤维滤材,能够过滤掉粒径在 1 - 10 微米之间的烟尘颗粒,进一步降低烟尘的浓度。​

After the collected smoke and dust enter the equipment, they need to go through a series of strict purification processes. A multi-stage filtration system is usually used inside the equipment to achieve efficient purification. Firstly, the smoke and dust pass through the primary filter, which usually uses metal wire mesh or coarse fiber filter material. Its function is to intercept large particles of impurities in the smoke and dust, such as splashing welding slag, to prevent these large particles from entering the subsequent filtration system and causing damage to more precise filter elements. The smoke and dust after initial filtration then enter the medium efficiency filter. The medium efficiency filter uses medium efficiency fiber filter material, which can filter out smoke particles with a particle size between 1-10 microns, further reducing the concentration of smoke. ​

最后,烟尘进入高效过滤器。高效过滤器一般采用玻璃纤维滤纸或静电吸附式过滤材料,对粒径在 0.3 微米以上的细微烟尘颗粒具有极高的过滤效率,过滤效率可达 99.9% 以上。例如,采用静电吸附式过滤材料的高效过滤器,通过在过滤材料表面施加静电场,使烟尘颗粒在电场力的作用下被吸附在过滤材料上,从而实现对细微烟尘的高效净化。经过多级过滤后的洁净空气,可直接排放到车间内,或通过管道排放到室外,有效改善了焊接作业环境的空气质量。

Finally, the smoke enters the high-efficiency filter. High efficiency filters generally use glass fiber filter paper or electrostatic adsorption filter materials, which have extremely high filtration efficiency for fine smoke particles with a particle size of 0.3 microns or more, with a filtration efficiency of over 99.9%. For example, high-efficiency filters using electrostatic adsorption filter materials can achieve efficient purification of fine smoke particles by applying an electrostatic field on the surface of the filter material, causing the smoke particles to be adsorbed on the filter material under the action of the electric field force. After multi-stage filtration, the clean air can be directly discharged into the workshop or discharged outdoors through pipelines, effectively improving the air quality of the welding operation environment.
