The core working principle of the powder coating line is based on electrostatic adsorption and hot melt solidification. By utilizing a high-voltage electrostatic corona electric field, the metal guide cup of the spray gun is connected to the high-voltage negative electrode, and the workpiece to be coated is grounded to form a positive electrode, thereby constructing a strong electrostatic field between the spray gun and the workpiece. When compressed air sends powder coating from the powder supply bucket to the guide cup of the spray gun through the powder conveying pipe, the corona discharge of the guide cup causes the surrounding charges to become dense, and the powder carries a negative charge. Under the dual action of electrostatic force and compressed air, the powder is uniformly adsorbed on the surface of the workpiece. Subsequently, the workpiece enters a high-temperature oven, where the powder melts, flattens, and solidifies at a temperature of 160-210 ℃, ultimately forming a dense, smooth, and even coating on the surface of the workpiece.

Solidification furnace system: The solidification furnace provides the required heat for powder solidification. Conveyor system: responsible for the transportation of workpieces between various processes on the powder coating line, with two forms: suspended and ground rail. Suspended conveyor chains are suitable for lighter workpieces and can achieve aerial transportation of workpieces, saving ground space; The ground rail type is more suitable for heavier workpieces, with smooth transportation and strong load-bearing capacity. The speed of the conveyor chain can be adjusted according to the production rhythm to ensure efficient and orderly production.

工件前处理:将工件依次进行脱脂、除锈、磷化等处理,去除表面杂质,每道工序间都需进行水洗,确保工件表面清洁。处理后的工件进行干燥,为喷粉做好准备。例如,对于金属工件,脱脂工序可有效去除加工过程中残留的油污,为后续磷化提供良好条件,增强涂层与工件的结合力。

Workpiece pretreatment: The workpiece is subjected to degreasing, rust removal, phosphating and other treatments in sequence to remove surface impurities. Cooling and inspection: After the workpiece comes out of the curing furnace, it can be cooled naturally or by forced air cooling.
