冷风阀安装在锅炉出口烟道上，或采取洒水减温措施。锅炉除尘器设计采用冷风阀。当烟气温度达到一定水平时，冷风阀打开，烟气温度可迅速降低；如果烟气温度持续升高到进气阀打开温度，每个房间的升降阀关闭进气阀打开，烟气直接通过旁通烟道排出。

The cold air valve is installed on the outlet flue of the boiler, or water spraying measures are taken to reduce temperature. The design of the boiler dust collector adopts a cold air valve. When the flue gas temperature reaches a certain level, the cold air valve opens, and the flue gas temperature can quickly decrease; If the flue gas temperature continues to rise to the opening temperature of the inlet valve, the lifting valve of each room closes and the inlet valve opens, and the flue gas is directly discharged through the bypass flue.

二、避免火星烧袋的措施有：

三、布袋磨损的主要原因有：

1)烟气分布不均匀，气室局部过滤风速过高，加重粉尘冲击，磨损布袋；2）布袋间距离过小，或笼骨弯曲，笼骨与布袋底部间隙过小，3）喷嘴与布袋口垂直误差直接冲刷布袋上部磨损；4）布袋清洗过频繁或喷射压力过高也会加速布袋的磨损。
