In addition, if the paint spray pre-treatment (such as Venturi or dry filtration) in the paint booth is not done properly, the zeolite wheel or activated carbon behind it will quickly become clogged and ineffective, and the cost of this system is equivalent to a waste of money. The selection of environmental protection equipment should be considered together with the painting process and cannot be separated.

On the contrary, if it is a large quantity of a single variety, the advantages of robot spraying in terms of coating utilization rate, coating consistency, and labor cost are very obvious. The conveying method is the same - suspension chains are suitable for large-scale continuous production, while ground chains or trolley type are suitable for heavy and irregular workpieces. The essence of automation is to "trade equipment for labor". For enterprises with large order fluctuations, retaining a certain number of manual workstations is actually more flexible.
