焊接烟尘净化系统也可分为很多种形式，但大多数情况采用滤筒是除尘器。滤筒式除尘器优势在于设备体积小过滤面积大，净化精度高等。

4焊接烟尘的控制系统

控制系统主要分为两种形式：

一是变频控制系统，此控制系统需硬件配备变频风机，电控管道风阀感应器件等。达到根据开工工位数量进行主机的变频控制同事控制管道通风管路，已达到定向输送吸风，节省运行能源的目的。

一般这两种系统需要主机包含脉冲反吹功能。
