为了保证喷漆设备的正常运转，使之处于良好的技术状态，保证生产的正常运行，特制订本制度。

1.喷漆工作场所附近严禁烟火和打磨作业，操作者应熟悉消防灭火器材的分布位置和使用方法。

2.喷漆操作时操作者要穿戴好劳动防护用品,保护自身安全健康。
During the painting operation, the operator should wear labor protection equipment to protect their own safety and health.
3.操作者应该熟悉了解掌握设备的各仪表性能，会处理简单的设备故障，如遇不能处理的设备故障时，应上报班组长，请维修人员处理，禁止私自拆卸设备重要部位。
3. The operator should be familiar with and understand the performance of each instrument of the equipment, and be able to handle simple equipment failures. In case of equipment failures that cannot be handled, they should report to the team leader and ask maintenance personnel to handle them. It is prohibited to dismantle important parts of the equipment without authorization.
4.操作者要定期检查设备限位开关的灵敏度，每隔三个月检查一次联动机构和减速机传动机构是否正常，检查紧固螺栓不得有松动现象。

5.减速机及轴承部分润滑要良好，润滑周期为十二个月一次。
