自动喷粉线选用喷枪的要素有哪些?
一.首先喷枪得保证涂膜均匀性: 按设计的线速度进行喷涂,涂膜厚度误差在±10%以内.工件内表面除死角外达到全覆盖,固化后应无由于设备本身原因造成的诸如气泡、流痕、漏喷、露底、水眼等明显缺陷。
1、 Firstly, the spray gun must ensure the uniformity of the coating: spray according to the designed linear speed, with a coating thickness error of ± 10%. The inner surface of the workpiece should achieve full coverage except for dead corners. After curing, there should be no obvious defects caused by the equipment itself, such as bubbles, flow marks, missed spraying, exposed bottom, and water holes.
二.自动喷漆机的喷枪具有良好的充电效果 ,雾化性能好,在正常工作时,能调节自动枪与工件的距离及枪与枪之间的距离(上下),并且易于清理、拆卸。

三.自动喷枪采用自动+手喷方式(手补开口做门,平时不用和清理时可以关闭起来),所有喷枪为内置式高压组件的电晕枪,采用气流闭环控制技术。

五.喷枪应是“三次气”设计,中央电极针清洁气,保持导流板内侧、电极针清洁,避免喷涂瑕点,提高充电的稳定性。插入组件前端的保护契块可拆卸,运行成本低。电流随着喷枪与工件的间距变化而自行匹配,保证粉末带电。
5、 The spray gun should be designed with a "triple air" design, with a central electrode needle for cleaning, keeping the inner side of the guide plate and electrode needle clean, avoiding spray defects, and improving charging stability. The protective block inserted into the front end of the component is detachable and has low operating costs. 六.自动枪与手动枪某些磨损件互换,减少备件种类。当近喷涂时,输出功率自动调整以避免过量带电产生静电反弹-桔皮,当枪与工件距离近于“安全限距”时,高压自动切断,安全可靠。
6、 Swapping some worn parts between automatic guns and manual guns reduces the variety of spare parts. When spraying in close proximity, the output power is automatically adjusted to avoid electrostatic rebound caused by excessive charging - orange peel. When the distance between the gun and the workpiece is close to the "safe limit distance", the high voltage is automatically cut off, ensuring safety and reliability.
七.高压随枪与工件的间距变化而且与电流自行匹配,保证粉末充电。自动喷涂时,输出功率自动调整以避免过量充电产生静电反弹(桔皮)。当枪与工件距离近于“安全限距”时,高压自动切断。离开后自动恢复。复杂工件喷涂的效果良好。
7、 The high voltage varies with the distance between the gun and the workpiece and matches with the current to ensure powder charging. When automatic spraying, the output power is automatically adjusted to avoid electrostatic rebound (orange peel) caused by excessive charging. When the distance between the gun and the workpiece is close to the safety limit, the high pressure will automatically cut off. Automatically recover after leaving. 八.自动枪尾部电缆和安装支架不能进入喷房,以避免生产时电缆和安装支架粘粉和换色时节约换色时间及大大减少压缩空气吹坏电缆接头的机率。
8、 The tail cable and installation bracket of the automatic gun cannot enter the spraying room to avoid powder sticking and color changing during production, saving color changing time and greatly reducing the probability of compressed air blowing out cable joints.
