涂装线废气处理可以采用哪些方法?

1.涂装线废气处理方法:冷凝回收法
1. Coating line exhaust gas treatment method: condensation recovery method
将废气直接冷凝或吸附浓缩后冷凝,冷凝液经分离回收有价值的有机物。该法用于浓度高、温度低、风量小的废气处理。但此法投资大、能耗高、运行费用大,因此无特殊需要,一般不采用此法。
The waste gas is directly condensed or adsorbed and concentrated before condensation, and the condensate is separated to recover valuable organic matter. This method is used for the treatment of waste gas with high concentration, low temperature, and low air volume. However, this method has high investment, energy consumption, and operating costs, so there is no special need and it is generally not used.
2.涂装线废气处理方法:吸收法
2. Coating line exhaust gas treatment method: absorption method
可分为化学吸收和物理吸收,但“三苯”废气化学活性低,一般不采用化学吸收。物理吸收是选用具有较小的挥发性的液体吸收剂,它与被吸收组分有较高的亲和力,吸收饱和后经加热解析冷却后重新使用。
It can be divided into chemical absorption and physical absorption, but the chemical activity of "triphenyl" waste gas is low, and chemical absorption is generally not used. Physical absorption refers to the use of liquid absorbents with relatively low volatility, which have a high affinity with the absorbed components. After saturation, they are heated, analyzed, and cooled before reuse.
喷粉线
该法用于大气量、温度低、浓度低的喷漆房废气处理。装置复杂、投资大,吸收液的选用比较困难,存在二次污染。
This method is used for the treatment of exhaust gas from spray painting rooms with low atmospheric volume, temperature, and concentration. The device is complex and requires a large investment, making it difficult to select the absorption liquid, resulting in secondary pollution.
3.涂装线废气处理方法:直接燃烧法
3. Coating line exhaust gas treatment method: direct combustion method
利用燃气或燃油等辅助燃料燃烧放出的热量将混合气体加热到一定温度(700—800℃),驻留一定的时间,使可燃的有害气体燃烧。该法工艺简单、设备投资少,但能耗大、运行成本高。
Heat the mixed gas to a certain temperature (700-800 ℃) using the heat released from auxiliary fuel combustion such as gas or fuel oil, and stay for a certain period of time to ignite combustible and harmful gases. This method has simple process, low equipment investment, but high energy consumption and operating costs.
4.涂装线废气处理方法:催化燃烧法
4. Coating line exhaust gas treatment method: catalytic combustion method
将废气加热到200~300℃经过催化床燃烧,达到净化目的。该法能耗低、净化率高、无二次污染、工艺简单操作方便。适用于高温高浓度的涂装线设备有机废气治理,不适用于低浓度、大风量的有机废气治理。
Heat the exhaust gas to 200-300 ℃ and burn it in a catalytic bed to achieve purification. This method has low energy consumption, high purification rate, no secondary pollution, and is simple and easy to operate. Suitable for organic waste gas treatment of high-temperature and high concentration coating line equipment, not suitable for organic waste gas treatment of low concentration and high air volume.
5.涂装线废气处理方法:吸附法
5. Coating line exhaust gas treatment method: adsorption method
(1)直接吸附法:有机气体直接通过活性炭,可达到

95%的净化率,设备简单、投资小、操作方便,但需经常更换活性炭,用于浓度低、污染物不需回收的涂装线设备。

(2)吸附回收法:有机气体经活性炭吸附,活性炭饱和后用热空气进行脱附再生。

6.涂装线 废气处理 方法:过滤水洗法
6. Waste gas treatment method for coating line: filtered water washing method
将车间产生的漆雾通过风机的负压值,引至过滤器,过滤器中装有多个螺旋喷头,并挂了多个湿帘进行这滤。
The paint mist generated in the workshop is directed to the filter through the negative pressure value of the fan, which is equipped with multiple spiral nozzles and hung with multiple wet curtains for filtration.
